Nail Products

manicure productsChoose your nail products wisely. Some nail products can cause rashes on the fingers or around the eyes since buffing or filing can cause small particles to enter the air. Some of the most damaging products are in nail hardeners. If you change brand of nail products and you see some problems rising on your nails, chance is big that the new brand of nail products is not suitable for you.

Nail Care inspections...

manicure setsHave a close look at your nails: look out for signs of nail infection like redness, pain, swelling around the nails or pus.

Make sure to let your nails get lots of fresh air and lots of light. this prevents nail fungus to grow: as we all know: fungus likes to grow in warm, dark and wet places.

The plates of your nails are porous so the skin underneath can dry quickly. Nail polishes make your nails "waterproofed". The skin under your nails stay wet longer and makes it more easy for nail fungus infection.

Lighter shades of nail polish help the light get through the nail: again: nail fungus don't like light.
